(FA REGISTRATION IS ONLINE ONLY)

To register online, the FA Coordinator from each church must register their group on Brushfire. (Only the FA Coordinator can make a group; no individual registrations are allowed)

Access is limited to one group login name and password per church. (If your church has a satellite campus, you must register as one church.)

FA Registration Deadline: February 5th, 2026 @ 4:00PM

FA Late Registration Deadline: February 12th, 2026 @ 4:00PM

FA Non Participant Registration Deadline: April 7th, 2026 @ 4:00PM

All Writings (except Children’s Literature) must be submitted via e-mail to: info@potomacyouth.com by February 12th, 2026, @ 4:00PM. (These categories are evaluated pre-festival)

– No paper entries of Writings will be accepted. (Entries need to be .PDF)

Children’s Literature must be turned in at registration on Friday night between 5:30pm-8:00pm, April 24th, 2026. *We cannot accept any submissions after 8:00pm Friday.

– Short Films and Promo Videos must upload entries to: https://youthalive.wetransfer.com. Potomac Youth will not accept any other form of submission. All entries must be uploaded by February 12th, 2026 @ 4:00pm. (Zip PDF & Video file together – then upload)

(Once Late Registration closes, we will send the FINAL CONFIRMATION to the EMAIL ADDRESS that your church registered for your FA COORDINATOR. If your church FA Coordinator does not receive the confirmation e-mail, contact us at info@potomacyouth.com.)

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE FA COORDINATOR TO CHECK CAREFULLY THAT THE REGISTRATION IS CORRECT!
