The How
The PYN leadership team will bring a leadership encounter to your local church. We have developed tracks that relate to some of the biggest needs in local youth ministry today. After viewing the list of possible tracks, you will then select 3 topics that are relevant to the needs of your ministry and community.
The Schedule
Friday Evening
7:00 PM — Kick Off
Team building activities and icebreakers to set the tone for the weekend.
First Leadership Track
Dive into the first topic your church has selected.
Saturday
9:30 AM — Session Begins
Two back-to-back leadership tracks on your chosen topics.
12:00 PM — Wrap-Up & Lunch
Debrief, Q&A with the PYN team, and fellowship over a meal.
The Cost
$500 per training
We know that a majority of youth ministries don’t have the budget to take their entire staff to a youth conference. Our goal is to bring an affordable and personable leadership experience to them. The cost for a mthree training is $500 plus meals for the speakers. We will book and pay for our own hotel.
